you're a virgin who can't drive

So it's the fourth of July, and my ENTIRE family is in South Carolina. But thanks to my wonderful job, despite the fact that I'm actually off today, I couldn't go with them. And now I'm going to be horrificly lonely for the next week. As independent as I am, there's really nothing as sad as coming home to an empty house, especially when there's no dinner waiting.

So, no family parties...so the boyfriend asked me to go to his friend's party. Ugh. I so don't want to. I hate hanging out with people I barely know.

I guess this is just one of those things that you have to put up with to make the person you love happy, right? Sigh.

Lonely.

And yes, I AM watching Clueless for the second time this weekend.
